Frozen Fish

We are currently importing a variety of frozen fish from Argentina and China.  These items include, but are not limited to Whiting, Flounder, Sea Trout, Pollock, and Tilapia.  All of our frozen fish items are 100% Net Weight.

 

Whiting (Merluccius hubbsi): Argentine, wild caught skinless and skin on fillets.  Packed in 4×10 lb Shatter-Packs.

Available Sizes: 2/4 oz, 4/6 oz, 6/8 oz, and 8/10 oz Skin On and Skinless Shatter-Packs

 

 

 

Flounder (Paralichthys spp): Argentine, wild caught skin on fillets.  Packed in 4×10 lb Shatter-packs.

Available Sizes: 1/3 oz, 3/5 oz, 5/8 oz, 8/10 oz, 10/12 oz and 10/up oz  Skin On Shatter-Packs

 

 

 

 

Sea Trout (Cynoscion striatus): Argentine, wild caught skin on fillets.  Packed in 4×10 lb Shatter-Packs.

Pollock (Theragra chalcogramma): Chinese, wild-caught twice-frozen skinless fillets.  Ocean-caught in Alaskan waters and frozen on the boat.  Thawed and processed in China and then refrozen.  Packed 1×40 lbs IQF.

Available Sizes: 2/4 oz and 4/6 oz Skinless IQF

 

 

 

Tilapia (Oreochromis niloticus):  Chinese, farm-raised CO-Treated skinless and boneless fillets.  Available in Individual Vac-Packs (IVP) or Individual Quick Frozen (IQF) packaging.  Also available Whole Gutted Skinless (WGS) packaging.
