Our premium crabmeat is perfect for any dining occasion. Because our crabmeat is fully cooked it can be consumed directly out of the can or used as a delicious ingredient in appetizers, soups, salads, or entrees.

Captain’s Delight Premium Pasteurized Crabmeat

Captain’s Delight Brand Indian Crabmeat is 100% Blue Swimming Crabmeat (Portunus pelagicus). The crab is steam cooked, handpicked, graded and then sealed for pasteurization. The result is a virtually shell-free crabmeat with excellent flavor. This crabmeat is processed in our privately owned plant, and has strictly followed the guidelines by Hazardous Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP).

Captain’s Delight, Cooked on Board Crabmeat is processed from 100% Trapped Live Swimming Crab (Portunus haani).  The crab is steam cooked, handpicked, graded and then sealed for pasteurization.  The result is a sweet tasting, virtually shell-free crabmeat with flavor that rivals Pelagicus.  This crabmeat is processed in our plant, under strict quality supervision following the guidelines of our Hazardous Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) plan.
