Trans-Global Crab Cakes

1 lb Trans-Global brand crabmeat

1 egg

1/2 c. mayonnaise

Juice of 1/2 lemon

1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

1/2 tsp. Dijon mustard

1 tsp. baking powder

1 TBS red pepper, minced

1 TBS green pepper, minced

1 TBS parsley, minced

 

Mix all ingredients except crabmeat.  Gently fold crabmeat into mixture.  Form crab cakes and saute or broil.

 

 

Jim's Sea Scallops and Pasta

1 lb Trans-Global Hokkaido Sea Scallops

8 oz Linguine Pasta, uncooked

3 Garlic Cloves, minced

1/2  Shallot, minced

2 tsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Sea Salt and coarsely ground Black Pepper (to preference)

 

Cook pasta according to box's instructions.  In a separate pan lightly saute garlic, shallots, and oil for about 2 minutes.  Add Scallops to pan, be careful to not overcook.  Once scallops appear opaque in the middle add pasta, salt, and pepper.  Enjoy!
