Trans-Global Crab Cakes

  • 1 lb. Trans-Global brand Crabmeat
  • 1 Egg
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
  • Juice of 1/2 Lemon
  • 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1/2 tsp. Dijon Mustard
  • 1 tsp. Baking Powder
  • 1 tbsp. Red Pepper, minced
  • 1 tbsp. Green Pepper, minced
  • 1 tbsp. Parsley, minced

Directions:

Mix all ingredients except crabmeat.  Gently fold crabmeat into mixture.  Form crab cakes and sauté or broil.

Serve with Old Bay, Tabasco or other Hot Sauce and Tartar Sauce.
