Trans-Global Products is proud to announce our new crab line: Captain’s Delight “Cooked on Board” Crabmeat. The Captains Delight COB Crabmeat is processed from 100% Trap Harvested, Live Swimming Crab (Portunus Haani).

The crab is steam cooked on board the processing vessel, transported to the HACCP certified, FDA registered packing facility, handpicked, graded and then sealed for pasteurization.

The result is a sweet tasting, virtually shell-free crabmeat with flavor that rivals Blue Swimming Crab (Portunus pelagicus).
